DOC's Appliances is the best! We were having problems with our washing machine. It was a mystery at first trying to figure out why it would shut down during the hot water wash, but they figured it out. Everyone that we dealt with from the appointment making to the service technician all were pleasant to work with. Thank you DOC's Appliances for your professionalism.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and interested in helping to resolve my warranty related concern. The parts manager and the service technician were both super courteous, knowledgeable, and stayed on the manufacturer until the issue was resolved. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I highly recommend Doc's.

I would definitely use Doc's Appliance Service again. The tech, Jay, was very friendly & polite on both visits. First to diagnose the problem and the second time to replace the defective part. And the best part was when they called me to say they had a cancellation and would I like to schedule the service call. Two hours later my dryer was fixed thanks to Doc's Appliance Service.
